Actually everything was almost perfect, the pillows were a little too tall and a bit hard, and there was a humidity smell on them, however I requested to be changed, and they did it immediately.

Both Frezia and Andrea were extremely accommodating and kind. They gave us advice on the area, organised our washing for us, and stored our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, with food made fresh for you - bread rolls straight out of the oven. The was room cleaned every day with towels replaced. The free water was great for us, and a great location too!

We were very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. We will definitely recommend and hope to stay again. The hotel itself is in a really nice area of Miraflores surrounded by gorgeous coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly, helpful and even packed us a breakfast when we checked out early. The hotel is staffed 24/7 and feels very safe.
