Staff are great and very helpful. Concierge managed to book tour with great value and help with many things. Location is perfect and right next to 7-11 and mall. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has many selections. Would definitely stay here when coming to Manila again

If you are afraid of going to south east Asia/he Philippines, come here: Excellent staff, location, safety, and cleanliness. Superb breakfast with an abundance of choices and freshly prepared food by chefs. Very nice interior of rooms with beautiful view over the city (especially at night). Staff really pays attention and even remembers your name out of hundreds of guests. Absolutely no problems with hygiene or safety. Location is close to the airport, one of the best hospitals on the Philippines (St. Lukes), malls, and main sights of BGC (which is an awesome part of Metro Manila).
