This is not a hotel but a condo studio room managed by a private host - within walking distance of Terminal 3 via the Runway over the main roads it was an ideal place to stay for 1 night prior to my long haul flight to the UK - it's modern new & super clean with many many eating options outside - would wholly recommend and will stay again next time I pass through Manila

The location is amazing. They had a firework show at MOA and the whole thing was visible from the balcony. There is a small bakery downstairs that I cannot recommend enough. Went there every morning for the two weeks we were there.

The property is amazing and cozy. Super clean and it has all we needed for our stay. Good location, there is 24/7 convenience store down the bldg, walking distance to malls.and most especially very near to airport, we weren’t late for our flight. Highly recommended! I will definitely book again for future plans.
