The guest relations team was excellent - Amin, Lilian, and Marcelo were friendly and warm. They provided great cuisine recommendations and a brief overview of local activities. The hotel location was also walking distance from the town center and restaurants. I'll strongly consider booking the Roots again when I visit Faro.

This is one of the most charming places I've stayed at. The hostess is incredibly kind and really wants to make sure that your stay is worth it with great tips while staying at the Faro area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the street is so incredibly charming! Would recommend.

The host, Dulce, was so nice to allow an early check in at 11 because the room was available. The studio had a double bed and a separate bathroom with toilet upstairs, which was incredible if you want to have your privacy in traveling with other friends. The property is designed with care and you can see that your comfort was the center of design. It’s a piece of art :) besides, laundry was available for free, and a nice balcony with a great view.

Patricia was very welcoming and even had two complimentary Portuguese tarts as a welcome treat. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas were bright and clean and well equipped. There is a big supermarket nearby and I did eat a delicious meal at a restaurant nearby too.
