You stay in a palace. My room was very well furnished. It Has two big windows. It was a corner room. Camelia 1. the hotel has got a garden which you can drink something or eat ice cream. don’t forget to reserve jacuzzi, it was a unique experience. I booked the fado night at the hotel with dinner. it was so perfect both food and music. You have to try wine cellar to listen the music from gramophone and taste the wines. The room was so clean, spacious, tea and coffee facilities in the room. you can also use the free tea, coffe, water possibilities at the first floor. At the afternoon and breakfast time you can listen the piano.

Location is excellent. Few minutes walk from the nearest metro station. From the hotel you can walk to Praça do Comércio, Alfama, Barrio Alto etc. If you don't mind a bit of a climb Avenida and Parque Eduardo VII are also close by (although you might want to take the metro to Parque and then walk back down). Room was a decent size (we where upgraded to street view) and very quiet. Facilities where really good. If you are looking for a restaurant, just stay in the hotel and you won't be disappointed.
