Loved everything about this place. The decorations, the boho style, breakfast was great, and the charm of this beautiful place. A hidden gem. The rooms are so beautiful, well decorated and the beds are so comfortable. The staff was so helpful: in directions, ideas, their availability, and they did everything for us to have a wonderful and comfortable stay. Ana was so nice, understanding and very careful about our needs, and she is a very good photographer 😊. Location was great. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience!

Wonderful! Very cozy and in a great location! A big thank you to Fernanda and Veronica for their kind hospitality! I also want to highlight the sustainability practices in the hotel. For example. the breakfast buffet is served by small portions, you can requests specific items if they run out. There are glass water bottles in the room, as well as refillable soap dispensers. Hamam is only turned on when people want to use it. Happy to see those little steps towards more sustainable travel! The cumulative effect of those actions make great impact!

End to end we had an amazing experience at toctoctoc. The staff was incredibly responsive prior to arrival, helping us find parking and providing us instructions for late check in. The hotel itself is a dream. The decor is gorgeous and you can tell everything in the design is deliberate and meticulous. The care and love put into it is obvious. Our room was clean and had windows and a Juliette balcony with some seating that overlooked the street (which was quiet but just lively enough). Highly recommend the breakfast (the brioche bread was unreal) and which had healthy options like chia pudding, granola, and fruit. There is a secluded rooftop patio and garden with a charming fig tree and local flowers which is a perfect place to take breakfast or an afternoon drink. It even has an honesty bar which we thought was a great touch. Fernanda provided amazing local recommendations and we had one of our favorite meals on our trip based on her suggestion. The location of the hotel is quite central and is a great jumping off point to walk to and through some of the older and architecturally scenic areas of the city.

Comfortably sized rooms, really comfortable large beds. The staff was INCREDIBLY a helpful, giving us advice and helping make reservations.
