It is one of the loveliest Hotels I have ever stayed in, the Staff were outstanding, all friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming. Despite being a large hotel, one was made to feel welcome even before arrival, with frequent communications and contact. You were greeted in a lovely fashion by all staff at all times, with genuine friendliness and interest. The rooms were lovely, and the cleanliness excellent. Everything was efficient and well maintained, tables were cleared rapidly, food replaced in good time, and nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. Service was personal and efficient. A fabulous experience.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Lisbon, Martinhal Lisbon Oriente is an apartment surrounded by views of the city.

Traveling from USA. Absolute luxury! The staff at the desk and in the restaurant are remarkable. Continental breakfast is excellent, as is the lunch menu. Staff helped us with the apartment electronics (we had no idea how to work the heating unit), city directions, places to visit. And truly accommodating. Their English is excellent! Wish we'd stayed longer.

The property was amazing. The service was great. They were so helpful and so accommodating. Sara was great at check in and Goncalo was so helpful in finding my room. They even brought my breakfast the night before since I had an earlier flight and would miss it. The house was very comfortable and such a neat vibe. It was insanely clean as well. Would definitely recommend

I loved staying on a barge. It was clean, it had everything what we needed and was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Staying on this boat was an incredible experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had eveything we needed. The boat is located in a very peaceful marina, with the city center easily reachable by public transport in about 25-30 mins. The host was available 24/7, truly incredible, very kind, really went above and beyond to welcome us, and has a great music taste :) On our final day, Joao took our boat for a ride around Lisbon and we got to watch an incredible sunset, which was truly the most incredible experience and the perfect ending to our trip. Heartfelt thanks to the amazing host for making us feel so welcome, for sharing his boat (and his time!), and for giving us such an incredible experience! if you are considering booking this place for your stay in Lisbon you should absolutely do it.

Everything about it was great. The host was extremely helpful, the property is clean and walking distance to the Lisbon Oriente trains. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
