Great, cozy area to get away from our busy life. We went with a great group of friends and took up 3 of the 4 rooms that were available so we had the place almost to ourselves. The staff was great, made us feel welcome and helped us get our rooms ready for a cold night, setting up the heating so we would arrive to warm rooms after a day of walking around the town. Breakfast was really special and well served, with eggs, bacon, fresh warm bread with butter, cheese, ham, jam and honey available for all types of appetites.

Nicely renovated old house right outside Obidos city walls. Everything is new and impeccably clean. The house is small, but it uses the available space very well and has everything you need, including two bathrooms a nice terrace with swing and a view to the castle. Very well equipped kitchen. Breakfast offered by the owner, who was very kind and helpful.

Host had a healthy basket filled with fruits, crackers and other snacks to meet our breakfast and snack needs during our stay. Her Portuguese dictionary and literature on Obidos was most helpful. Appreciated her thoughtful inclusion of meeting all our needs during our stay at her comfortable, charming home in great location.
