We got in late in the evening but were warmly welcomed at Santa Catarina FLH Suites. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the little balcony was a total surprise. While we didn’t get to take advantage of the balcony (it was raining), it would have been a nice breakfast spot. Breakfast, chosen the night before, was brought right to our room at our requested time, and was very good. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was obvious that a lot of craftsmanship went into renovating the building. We had a very pleasant stay.

Super clean and well decorated room in the heart of beautiful porto also some noticeable small things that they put somewhere which I admire for example the note on the mirror, two welcome candy foe guest and etc, very fluent breakfast and , kind, polite and helpful staffs, I love that hotel

I absolutely loved this placed. No complaints. The reception was kind and helpful. Location was perfect, we were close to stores, restaurants, convenient stores, etc. Room was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable.

Amazing stay ! The apartment is just like the photos if not better. Comfy beds, great bedding and pillows, super clean, beautiful decor, strong and new a/c, sofa pullout couch was excellent to sleep on - overall a brand new apartment just steps away from the busy shopping street but super quiet at night and extra secure with a gate. We also really appreciate all the little things that the apartment already provided like salt, oil, dishwasher tabs, washing powder etc. - Nothing was missing - our stay exceeded our expectations! Also the super friendly staff and communication through WhatsApp was superb, they even had a box full of toys waiting for us since we booked with 2 kids - I’d rate this place a 20/10 if I could - we will def try to come back. Location was just minutes from restaurants, city center and a super short walk to the São bento trainstation or metro. No need for a car

The location is 12/10. You step out of the apartment and you’re directly in a shopping area. Everything is walking distance. The property itself is very well managed. Clean and has everything you will need. Its self checkin but its easy to navigate around. The smell of the house when you come in too feels like home. Amazing experience and highly recommend this. All the finishing of the house is top notch!

We booked this apartment last minute when our accommodation was cancelled and we were delighted with the location and price. The studio is newly renovated, tastefully decorated and had all of the amenities including great air con and decked-out kitchen for a great stay. Quiet street in the historical centre just next to the beautiful famous Capela das Almas and a short 20 minute stroll to the waterfront. Easy remote check in with friendly hosts. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Excellent location close to Sao Bento station, restaurants and shopping. Room on 3F is comfortable, has all amenities included (can cook if you want!) and a great view from the balcony. Daily cleaning is thorough and can skip if you need access to your room during the afternoon.

I like everything about this apartment. It is better than other hotels we have stayed with higher price in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon. It is beyond our expectation after two weeks’ stay in relative small room in other places during the trip. Spaciousness, cleanliness, close to all popular restaurants, tourist attractions and public transportation.
