The property is very nicely located in an island that puts it in a distinct stay category that I have never experienced anything like before. Exceptional in every aspect from kind and helpful staff to fully functional facilities and entertainment. Me and my wife decided to celebrate our anniversary in Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Suite were spotless, and the facilities were well maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Suite view and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu, and room service was outstanding thanks to Alex and Nikka. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff especially Nour. I request a special set up for our anniversary and Khadija done a sensational job by arranging fresh flowers in the room that made our stay extra special. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction especially nayef. Overall great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.
