The hotel is close to all major attractions that we wanted to visit. There are 2 MRT stations near the hotel so it was very easy to commute. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were all very friendly. And we would to say big thanks to Kelli for giving us a complementary late check out. She was very friendly and always there to help us. We really appreciate her and all the staff of V Hotel Bencoolen. This was our third time staying here and we will definitely book this hotel again on our next Singapore trip.

This is the second time, i stayed at this hotel. The hotel is clean. The location is excellent. Near 2 mrt stations. Downtown line and circle line. There's a seven eleven shop across the street. The staff are very nice and helpfull

The place and ambience were really welcoming. The setup of the whole hotel feels very homely and comfortable, easy to find our way around. Location is perfect. All necessary amenities of good quality provided. Just next to MRT and easy access to restaurants and 7/11. Hassle free checkin and checkout. They do daily cleaning and laundry that was really great as the room felt brand new everyday, which we had to request not to coz we were only in the room for the night as we were sightseeing. Even coffee, towels and all get replaced in their daily cleaning. The staff were really supportive and friendly. I’m sorry i couldn't get the name of the lady who did out check in, but big shoutout to her for making us feeling feel very welcomed and made our stay great from the start and was willing to assist in our queries as first timers to singapore. Big shoutout to Ahgilan who was a very lovely soul and corporative in checking out and storing out luggages as we had a few hours to kill until our flight time. He went beyond and above to be supportive. Also would like to appreciate Grace and JJ for their support in making our stay comfortable. Overall really happy and would definitely recommend to stay at Village Hotel Albert Court.

Checking in and out was a breeze despite the crowd (hotel seems quite popular). The staff especially at the reception is super friendly and polite. We were asked to switch to another room but was not a problem at all since they asked graciously. Slippers are available upon request! Cons: only 2 pillows were provided (1 per guest), additional cost if you ask for more. I sleep while hugging a pillow so this was quite inconvenient for me, wish they provided 2 pillows per guest. Also, walls are thin so we can hear others guests but not a biggie since it's quiet at night. Breakfast spread can be improved as options are very limited, great coffee though! Best: right across Bencoolen Exit A with a nearby 7-11. Amazing location!
