I loved the fact that I hurt myself and they let me check in early and there was a nice view in the bed was the most comfortable thing possible it was great! The rooms are super clean! And the best thing is is there’s 24 hour delicious cheap food right outside the front doors!

Checking in and out was a breeze despite the crowd (hotel seems quite popular). The staff especially at the reception is super friendly and polite. We were asked to switch to another room but was not a problem at all since they asked graciously. Slippers are available upon request! Cons: only 2 pillows were provided (1 per guest), additional cost if you ask for more. I sleep while hugging a pillow so this was quite inconvenient for me, wish they provided 2 pillows per guest. Also, walls are thin so we can hear others guests but not a biggie since it's quiet at night. Breakfast spread can be improved as options are very limited, great coffee though! Best: right across Bencoolen Exit A with a nearby 7-11. Amazing location!
