Very nice hotel in a great location for a stay-over, easy access to the train downtown and all the airport facilities. We had an early arrival into Changi and appreciated that the hotel would store our luggage until check-in.

Aerotel Singapore is located in Changi Airport, AIRSIDE, Terminal 1, Departure Transit area and access is via escalator near departure Gate D40.

Booked 2 rooms in this hotel back in February at a rate of £120 per room for a hour stay in August. Our Singapore airlines flight from Bangkok arrived at 1130pm in Terminal 3, and we took the skytrain over to Terminal The hotel was easy to locate by following the signs. The room had 2 large singles which were comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with towels, soap, tooth brushes, shower caps and bed slippers. One complimentary meal per person was included in our 6 hour stay. The American breakfast was pretty good. The Singapore chicken rice was passable. You press to make your breakfast order. As we checked out at 6am, we rang at 5:55am to place the breakfast order, and it was ready for us at 6am to eat in the lounge. Overall this was a very good stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return should have a long layover at Changi.

Perfect location inside the terminal so it is perfect for long layovers. No need to clear immigration and customs. Dark, super quiet room with very comfortable beds. Very good shower and fluffy towels. Excellent for getting some needed sleep between flights.

Located inside Jewel Changi Airport (outside of transit area), this property is walking distance towards Changi Airport Terminal 1, 2 & 3.

Gentleman at the lounge desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, bathrooms very well stocked and clean. Room was quiet and air conditioned, perfect for long layovers.

Located just 30 minutes’ drive away from the busy Orchard road is Village Hotel Changi. Surrounded by tranquil greenery.

The room is ok . But I book 3 nights and not cancelled condition. I thought it’s near to airport .but I pay 60 dollars for taxi. And very difficult to find taxi going to city. Last night I finished cruise tour and it’s 9 pm I’m trying to get taxi. But many taxi rejected to going changi hotel it’s far. When I back to hotel to other day my room is not clean but I saw it’s makeup 3.30 pm 🙃 I call reception and they say many explanations and after cleaners come and clean. The lift operation is different so I call reception and they didn’t explain and oparate their self.2 nd time also I call and I ask how to operate teach me. The last day I want to continue another one night.but they said no we don’t have room you have to leave. And they requested extra payment per our 100 dollar. I said I m not paid my baggage keeping money. That’s normal service and they are not informed anything. After manager lady said we can give you room and she said I have to pay more extra money. It’s very high price. I can pay but this is punishment charged. As like they punished a baby. My baby so tired that time and they don’t care about baby and they are not friendly talking. It’s like angry faces. It’s really bad customer service
