Set against an urban landscape of concrete, steel and glass, Oasia Hotel Downtown, Singapore stands out with a unique silhouette covered by a lush green façade that is a massive vertical garden. There were plenty of people employed to assist with anything we wanted such as booking taxis etc. All the staff were very polite and pleasant. We paid extra for club facilities which included access to an area on the 21st floor which had an attractive pool surrounded by vegetation and cabanas. A great space for travellers to enjoy if they arrive before check-in. Other pools were on the 12th and top floor. The Marmalade restaurant on the ground floor served food and drinks all day. Very well designed hotel with extra decorative features which made it more attractive than most chain hotels. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and hawker food stalls as well as to Chinatown with interesting streets and alleys to explore. Good location

Housed in a preserved pre-war shophouse in culturally rich Chinatown, The Scarlet Hotel boasts a rooftop restaurant and outdoor hot tub. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating! They go way beyond, Ayoup is the best! Looking forward to coming back to Singapore and will definitely stay at the Scarlet again!

The room was perfect for us, the bed was so comfortable and we had a great shower! The location was also optimal, near to the MRT station, in the heart of Chintown. They gave new towels & waterbottles everyday. We also could refill our bottle in the pantry area of the hotel. We had an amazing stay here.
