Difficult to give an exhaustive list. The staff was unbelievably friendly, but also professional and helpful: my daughter and me felt at home from the first minute. We used the swimming pool a lot, had dinner on the rooftop, enjoyed breakfast and the executive pre-dinner, liked our rooms which were comfortable clean and homely. Frankly: everything was perfect. The only thing to highlight again: the staff came across as a real team supporting each other, as nice people you felt like going out with, like employees who knew why they were there, like helpful partners helping organise trips, ... what can I say more. Nothing to improve on, but a lot to learn from.

The location of this hotel is excellent - it's within walking distance of several shopping centers and also food markets. For other touristy things, it was a short Grab or Taxi ride to those locations. The hotel is clean, well maintained; the room is very spacious, has great linens and thoughtful/functional furniture, the swimming pool area is lovely.
