I love that the staff provided a comprehensive tour of the facilities upon arrival and were very welcoming. These things may seem minor, but this type of interaction is SO comforting when you are a solo traveller arriving in a new country (especially after a long travel day). It makes you feel right at home. The facilities were also exceptional. What an amazing price for an amazing place. I loved the communal area too.

The capsule was very comfortable and had one of the best mattresses of any hostel I've stayed at. The capsule also had a TV and a switch to adjust the color of the lights. The bathroom was clean and never crowded while I stayed here.
