The check-in staff were extremely professional and assisted with a seamless check-in experience. The payment was as expected and matched Booking.com. The location, just off Orchard Road, was a good place to be and it has easy access to Somerset MRT. That one is the closest to walk to it if you use Google Maps, you can see it is very close. The breakfast was great as it was changed daily and dishes were hot and catered to both vegan and eat eaters. Sometimes it does get busy, especially around 7.30 a.m. to 8.00 a.m., but you are made aware of this by posters and by the staff , so you can adjust your breakfast time accordingly. I did not have an issue with it. The room was as described on the website and clean and tidy. They do provide bathroom amenities, but if you prefer, like I did, you can take your own as it saves the environment! The room was good for three people and spacious enough to accomodate us. Beds were clean and tidy and bathrooms etc the same. Everything worked and was very happy with the allocated room. Great experience and would recommend.

Location was 5 mins walk from orchard road. Tye rooms spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. They gave me 2 hours extension for check out which helped a-lot.

Great location, vibes.. we got a corner room with a pretty view of Paragon and Takashimaya. The robot coffeemaker at the reception lounge was so cool. The room was lovely as well.

Location...is good, a lot of things are nearby...abundance of food stalls,restaurants,supermarket and even the transportations is nearby.. Room...is always clean..cleaning personnel would always come to keep the room clean and tidy.. Breakfast...no comment..( I eat simple..)

The staff made us feel very welcome and they were friendly and helpful. The staff prepared all the registration papers and room keys for us before we arrived at the hotel. Our room overlooked swimming pool and have Balcony and it was spacious Room was clean . Bed was comfortable Hotel located in Orchard street and 5 mins walk to Somerset MRT station and 7 mins Dhoby Ghaut MRT station . The Hotel was safe .
