I was very surprised, when I read all of these bad reviews. Our room was nice and clean, we were checked in earlier (very appreciate this after night flight), staff was helpful. WiFi and AC worked well. We could leave our luggage there. Great location. No cockroaches... I would definitely stay again.

I appreciated the early check in, the customer service was absolutely spot on! I felt the room exactly matches the photos and also the expectations are very clearly stated on their Booking page. I really must commend Joel Santiago, as he went out of his way to really assist me with all needs. Overall, very much enjoyed my stay and my only regret is having to leave! Fantastic, central location, with great value and excellent free minibar!!!
