Mandarava Spa was a really nice place to stay, the staff were very polite, informed and very well trained.
The food at both the restaurants were excellent.
The only improvement I think would make the guests happy is to increase the number of shuttles per day of put one even after 6 pm would be great.

We loved everything, it was elegant, magical and top notched at all levels: our room was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable, food was exquisite, the pools amazing, the beach was great ( we received complimentary snorkeling equipment) the staff were always smiling and ready to help. The lady Phew at the concierge was brilliant and super professional taking care of the organisation of the « Siam Niramit » exotic and perfect Thai show for us with attention to our transfer and reservation. I am very grateful for the superb service we received from her and all the lovely staff at the Merlin Marriott. I promise myself to come back to this paradise!
