There was a gorgeous night view of Wat Arun from the homestay. The host was incredibly helpful giving us step by step directions in how to get to and from Wat Arun and she also helped us organize taxi pickups to and from the airport. Thank you!

Excellent stay at OB Arun House. It’s like staying with a family, but you have private rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Immaculate rooms, cleaned daily. Didn’t see a single bug, which is rare for SE Asia. Crackers and coffee for breakfast to get you going. Owner Oak is super helpful and friendly and makes sure everything is taken care of. Right next to Wat Arun and the boat pier, easy to Grab to city centre. As Wat Arun closes at night, the street becomes very quiet. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The place is so clean and nice. With free drinking water, coffee, bath essential, free use of washing machine and all the appliances. And the hotel personnel are very helpful and nice. Will definitely go back.

We loved the quiet area of Bangkok, yet very close to the Metro trains. Cheaper and great food. Highly recommend the small, family owned restaurant right next to the hotel and 7-11. We ate there all the time. The family at the hotel were very kind, helpful and gracious. We extended our stay and were given a great discount! Pots and pans are available upon request (I saw some reviews mentioning otherwise). The pool was amazing, fully shaded, due to the height of the hotel. The roof terrace provides great views, the tennis courts were well-maintained. The washing machines are super cheap and wash well, all extra detergents and coins are available at the front desk. They even have lots of snacks at regular store prices. Oli, the daughter of the owner gave us a free ride to the metro, on the day of our departure, which was so kind. Overall very comfortable, spacious rooms, great housekeeping and plenty of room to work. We will definitely return, if visiting Bangkok in the future.
