I liked everything about this gem of a hotel. The location was perfect for me, it was steps away from Iconsiam and had fantastic views of the Chao Praya river. The hotel is gorgeous, even the courtyard where you enter. The staff were absolutely amazing; extremely polite, attentive and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is exceptional. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The complimentary water shuttle was an added bonus. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed and if I return to Thailand, which I would definitely like to do, I will stay here again.

The exceptional privet check-in reception at Carlton club. The staff was well trained and super friendly and happy to share information about the hotel and the city.
