1) the room has adequate space with sofa, bathroom is complete with amenities from lotion, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by Karl lagerfeld. 2)the location is accessible to Chidlom train station. just walk 3 minutes to your left towards mercuryville mall and go up to the 3rd floor. the hotel has a beautiful 7/11 convenience store at the ground floor too. 3) of course the staff spoke well and were very attentive and hospitable.

Feels like a resort in the middle of a busy city. Great interior design, great service, great breakfasts. My number 1 choice in Bangkok.

I liked everything about my stay: the front desk staff, the restaurants (dinner and breakfast), the room, everyone in the lobby was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

The exceptional privet check-in reception at Carlton club. The staff was well trained and super friendly and happy to share information about the hotel and the city. Special thanks to Nichapat (Nicha). She was super enthusiastic and helpful since we showed up. And special thanks to Nok who made the room for our honeymoon . I liked the breakfast with the daily chief’s special dish.

I'm writing this review after staying at several hotels in Thailand, and this was one of the most enjoyable experiences of our trip. The staff truly made us feel like VIPs, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. They were incredibly helpful, offering advice on navigating both the hotel and the city. One standout service was their assistance with outside laundry—though not advertised, they arranged it for us at very reasonable prices. This 'hidden feature' was greatly appreciated. The staff’s excellent English made communication seamless, and they struck the perfect balance between being friendly and not overly intrusive. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. The hotel’s restaurants were also fantastic, especially Prego, which I can confidently say is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever dined at. The staff there were outstanding, and the food was unforgettable—we ate there multiple times during our stay. If you go, don’t miss the burnt cheesecake dessert—it’s a must-try! Our room, located on the 31st floor, was exquisite. We had requested a quiet room with no connecting doors, and the hotel delivered perfectly. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a breathtaking view from the large window and complete silence from outside noise. The room was always impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team consistently exceeded expectations. The shower and bath were excellent, the couch and desk were very comfortable, and the bed was huge and incredibly cozy—we slept wonderfully. The hotel’s location was also ideal, with a 7-Eleven nearby, a large shopping mall just across the street, and plenty of food stands and clothing shops within walking distance. Overall, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to Thailand. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming experience!

The location of the hotel with the rooftop pool was amazing surrounded by other tall buildings especially at night. The rooftop bar was nice and intimate with amazing drinks. The location is ideal with the train station nearby connecting you to attractions like Mahanakhon SkyWalk, MBK and Terminal 21. Buffet breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even when checking out in the morning and sightseeing for the day, the hotel gladly kept our luggage and allowed us to still enjoy the pool and shower facilities later that night before our flight.

the location is excellent near everything and connected to the sky train. the room is spacious and bed is comfortable it has everything you need. quiet hotel as the lobby is in the 24th floor you don’t see ppl inside the hotel. would stay there again.
