Everything was excellent, we had a great customer experience from welcome to farewell. Congratulations to the staff and management. And of course also the "hardware" (building, rooms, facilities) are excellent and displaying good taste.

I certainly enjoyed the free room upgrade and truly appreciate their hospitality. The room was amazing, spacious, clean and had an amazing view over the riverside. The amenities provided were excellent with lots of variety. The staff was extremely helpful the entire hotel is really modern, sleek and clean. No complain from me, just awesome!

Very interesting accommodation option: secluded backyard with private pier, personal touch and a lot of entourage of the Kadeejeen-Khlongsan community around. Pleasant breakfast, fast internet and a very clean shower. For travellers with a lot of luggage: be aware that you will have to carry or roll your luggage for about 4-5 minutes to the entrance, since the gates are only accessible via a very narrow street, suitable only for bikes and pedestrians.

Big rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning nice, big TV, quite location, great local food for cheap in neighborhood. STAFF JUST AMAZING

Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and smiled. Beer and Tong were greatly instrumental in contacting the BKK airport several times to help us retrieve our “accidentally left behind suitcase at the airport’s baggage claim area”. It would have been extremely difficult without their help. Beer also gave us a map of the city and a card with the hotel’s address and “Take me Back to the Hotel”. The beautiful Landscaping at the Entrance was also found outside the Dining Room Area. The Lobby is lovely and pleasantly designed to include seating in 3 different areas with 4 beautiful Vases approximately 5-6 feet tall. The Lobby also included an area with free snacks and water. Water bottles were delivered to the Room every day. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The room was quiet. The closet had lots of hangers and a large safe. The blackout Curtains kept out the heat and light. One wall had an insert to display 3 small Asian Lidded Vases. This was a nice touch to the room. The room came with a mini -refrigerator, an electric kettle, plus a desk with lots of counter space. Housekeeping keep the hotel very clean. The Bathroom had a wonderful shower plus Bath and Hair Shampoo. The towel rack was firmly mounted and there was good counter space. The Breakfast Area was nicely displayed. Breakfast was served by a delightful man called Bair. There were 5 options ( 1 American & 4 Thai). All the food was delicious. On the counter were makings for salad, toast with peanut butter & jams, plus desserts.The presentation was pleasingly organized. The Location was simply great. It was a 5 minute walk to the BTS . There were also many options for street food and a small grocery store.

Every staff there is good and accommodating, they managed to give us everything we need even if it’s hard for us to communicate, especially when we needed the printer. I would likely recommend this to everyone.

Exactly like the pictures. The place was homey, comfortable, safe, and most importantly, accessible to public transport in Bangkok, as it is literally next to the BTS Talat Phlu Station, which is along the same line as the Siam Center and Saphan Taksin (Sathorn Pier).
