It is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is not about the stars; it is about the value of what you get. I must say the staff who work here are truly helpful and very attentive. I have some pictures I would love to share with you. The owner gave me mosquito spray because they took it at the airport. The other day, some of the friendly staff brought me a small cake to accompany my coffee after lunch because she knew I loved it from the breakfast they provide, which by the way is amazing and is included. These and many other thoughtful details with no charge were part of my stay at this hotel. The location is outside the old city and works perfectly for someone like me who wants peace and wakes up in what I called the treehouse, as my room was right at the top of a tree where I could see squirrels jumping, birds singing, and in the distance, I could see the mountains, temples, and the city. Congratulations to the entire BED group; it is a minimalist, clean, beautiful, and welcoming style.

The host is very friendly and proactively provided useful information, customized to individual needs. The property is strategically located between the old town and Nimman but in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the busy streets, with restaurants, laundry, barbers and a fresh market nearby. The host can book the tours with discounted price and arrange pickup and drop off. The house is nicely designed and decorated with a cozy lobby, a mini pool, a breakfast room and a rooftop mini gym. The room is spacious with essential items needed. We really appreciate that the shower area is separated from the rest of the toilet with a sliding door, unlike many other lodgings in Chiang Mai. The added bonus is the balcony where there is a Mountain View. In the morning, feeling the cool air on the balcony was a very nice experience. Bottle water was provided daily. The daily breakfast was preordered with 10 different options from the menu. The host offered valuable information about the neighborhood and Chiang Mai including the places to eat, to shop and to visit. The most impressive part is that even after we checked out, the host still reached out to offer additional information about the upcoming flower festival and assistance when we were still in the area. We cannot thank her enough for her efforts. We truly felt “coming as strangers and leaving as friends”. We look forward to coming back in the future.

We book one night at the beginning and end up staying i don't know how many days. Great place with lovely stuff and welcoming hosts.They are always open to help you with everything and create comfort for everyone. Rooms are clean,you have good space in your bed and bathroom inside is really comfortable and also goodly taking care of. i would totally recommend staying here! 🙏

It’s clean, spacious and quiet. Although some noise from the street, it didn’t disturb my sleep. The location is close to the old city and Nimman, it only takes 8-10 minutes by scooter. And the staff are really helpful. It’s a good experience to stay here.
