Location is so convenient to the centre. It's quiet and spacious. We are a family of 3 living in a family room, which technically is two rooms merged into one so room is massive. Like massive with two bathrooms with dry kitchen provided (like microwave and plates) convenient for us as we go on tour all day and just ordered Grab deliveries. And warm them up.

My wife and I had one of our best hotel stays ever here. The staff go to extra mile to welcome you. The staff are sensitive to your needs and really made this a very memorable stay. Great value. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the toilets were very elegant. A very strong 5star hotel. A very elegant hotel with lovely nature within it. The breakfast was definitely the best breakfast I've had for a hotel stay. Great variety to choose from. They even served champagne for breakfast. The restaurant staff were very attentive. High-quality breakfast. They even had a duo playing live music one morning. That was really such rarity. The pool was glorious and clean. Nice fluffy towels. I would definitely be back here if I'm in Chiang Mai. This hotel really is a gem. I'd say many 5 star hotels need to learn from this great hotel.

Everything about this place was really great. The staff are friendly and kind. The rooms were nice and spacious, and were made up every day for us. They left fresh fruit out for us every day in the room, as well. The pool was small, but a good size for the time we went. There didn't seem to be too many people there during the day, so it felt like a small oasis for us. We got breakfast included and they had a half-buffet, half-order system where you'd order your main dish and then go up for any small things you wanted. You can order as many coffees as you like, as well. Location wasn't bad at all, but is about 7-10 minute Grab from the center of the city. I think they have a shuttle to a night market nearby, as well?

I can’t say enough good stuff about my stay at Ban Maitree. It was absolutely perfect for my extended 5 week stay to attend school nearby. Amie is the perfect hostess and went far beyond what she needed to in order to assure my stay was top notch. I highly recommend Ban Maitree to meet all needs for affordability and accessibility for a long term stay in Chiang Mai. I’m already planning on returning in 2025😊

Everything! I highly recommend this hotel. It is a small boutique hotel with 30 rooms, amazing decor, staff and owner always willing to go the extra mile to bring a smile to your face. Usually, we stay with the larger American chains, like Marriott or Intercontinental. We took a chance and loved every moment of our stay.

This property was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, each having their own bathroom. The layout of the house was unique and perfect for multiple people/couples/families to vacation without feeling like you are on top of each other. Each bedroom had an entrance to the yard with the private pool, which was a good size for relaxing and having a drink at the submerged seating.
