This hostel place has very good location. It is inside the Old Town of Phuket, with good access to a lot of tourist spots, stores, massage places in Old Town area. While maintaining the old traditional building structure, the inside of the hostel is very new and pretty and well furnished. And the room is so wide, clean, and comfortable. And what we love the most is their free mini buffet style breakfast, where they provide different local food every day, together with mango sticky rice, and even some traditional desserts too. Also the staff ladies are so friendly and kind. Definitely want to come back to stay at this place again when we have chance to visit Phuket again.

This hotel is very well located in the middle of Old Phuket Town with plenty of great eating options. The rooms are clean - a bit noisy if you have a balcony on the street side, but not so noisy that we couldn't sleep. The swimming pool is a great addition and the staff are always lovely and helpful.

The Beanstay hostel is fantastic, I really enjoyed my short stay here. The decor is beautiful, the rooms were clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. The pillows were so soft. The staff were really friendly and they make a great coffee

Amazing place in the middle of Phuket Old Town! The room is very beautiful, with all necessary comfort, we stayed in the 'autumn' room and we had the luxury to have a big roof terrace which created even extra space.

I had a truly pleasant stay at WOO Gallery & Boutique in Phuket with my mom. The staff provided us with a comfortable and memorable experience. Our room was impeccably clean, and everything was neatly arranged. The space was beautifully accented with Peranakan design elements, which added a unique and delightful charm. The atmosphere throughout the long stretch of the shophouse was peaceful and inviting. One of the highlights was the hidden museum at the rear of the property, which leads to another exit. Although the lights weren’t on during our visit, the space held a quiet, almost nostalgic energy, with antique furniture that seemed to carry stories from the past. For those who are easily spooked, I recommend walking through with a respectful heart and an open mind. What made our stay even more special was the wonderful staff. They were polite, attentive, and represented the warmth and kindness of Thailand to us as foreigners. We truly felt their presence was pleasant and helpful — always diligent in their work and sincere in their care. It left a lasting impression on both of us. A special mention goes to the breakfast they served us over our two-day stay — it was absolutely heartwarming, thoughtfully presented, and delicious. My mom especially enjoyed it and was truly relaxed throughout the entire experience. Thank you to the WOO team for your kind hospitality. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again.

We loved every corner of this apartment. It is right in the middle of Phuket Town, on the very famous street and in the building with the famous ice cream. The people were always friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them. The apartment has everything you need, it is very spacious, has air conditioning, a nice balcony to enjoy the city's vibes. Yes, it can be noisy in the evening but it depends on your own perception on how to actually enjoy it. Aaaaand you get delicious free ice cream!

Xinlor House is like a DIAMOND on the crown that is Old Phuket Town. It's right at the edge of old Phuket Town so 10/10 for location. The hotel is really great and bang on value for money. They are very flexible with check -in and even offered me an early check-in as I landed at the hotel early morning. The staff were extremely friendly and their best to provide quality service.

Impeccable design. Comfy beds in a spacious room. Very strong aircon, rooms full of light. Very clean bathroom and good hot shower. Daily cleaning. The staff is fantastic, very kind, attentive and ready to help. The cafe downstairs is also very good, a bit pricey but the coffee and the sandwiches are worth the extra bucks. The guesthouse is super central,you can walk anywhere from here. The public busses are also within 5-10 min walk.
