Where to start? The dar is a gorgeous old building, and we had a large room with an alcove and arches and a very high ceiling. The location is superb, right in the middle of the Medina, from which you can walk everywhere. Breakfast was incredible,with freshly squeezed orange juice, omelettes, fresh fruit, home-made jams, yogurt with granola. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they have arrangements with a taxi service that will take you to and from the airport, to the Bardo, etc. We could not have been more pleased with Dar Medina!

This hotel is an experience of its own. This was the last day of our honeymoon and they went the extra mile with so many thoughtful attentions. We felt like royalty. We are so grateful for everything the staff did to make sure this last day was special. Thank you to everyone!!

What can I say? Dar Dorra was the last accommodation on our trip through Tunisia and it was a crowning moment. Located directly in the medina of Tunis, Dar Dorra is one of the best hotels we visited during our trip. The staff were very friendly, the premises are enormous and decorated with incredible taste. I loved my room. It was not the largest but it felt so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. We had dinner in the restaurant belonging to Dar el Jeld, which was the best culinary experience we had in all of Tunisia. Absolutely NOTHING to complain about!

Great location for those wanting to explore the medina & souks. The hosts are friendly, and I appreciated the 'extras' of water, oranges and soup!! Room is clean and comfortable. Airport transfer service is also offered. Recommend.

Do you want to step into past centuries and experience life in a vibrant Médina? Then this is the place. Its decor makes you feel you are living a luxurious life of an aristocrat of days gone by. Marouane and Chiraz, your hosts, treat you like family. Chiraz is a chef par excellence. Every breakfast was an elegant feast. Marouane is a great resource for sights and shopping. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your every need. It was our first trip to Tunisia and due to the wonderful hospitality I know it won’t be the last.

The house looked gorgeous and clean, gave me the feeling of being at home, and was in a very convenient spot within the Tunisian Casbah. Amal the host was very accommodating, If you prefer to organize trips to view the gorgeous green Tunisia, ask her to arrange for you to be taken by L'aarbi or Wadii those guys were awesome and very welcoming!

Dar rahma is located in Tunis, just a 3-minute walk from Medina and 500 yards from Al-Zaytuna Mosque. The air-conditioned accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Dar Lasram Museum.

The apartment is big and comfortable, directly in the tunis medina, so it s easy to reach any point in the city. The owner was super nice and available to come retrieve me at the airport

We had a fantastic stay in Tunis in the Dar Ben Turkia! We had an apartment with two bed rooms and two bathrooms for us and our two children, and a living room. We really liked it! It is a beautiful property, very luxurious and beautifully decorated! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The fridge was stocked with fresh fruit and milk upon our arrival. We ate breakfast on the roof top overlooking the medina. The property is located in the city, and you have to walk a few minutes to get there. Very authentic! We ate both nights in the Dar El Jeld, on the roof top, the sister hotel restaurant, because we liked the food and location so much. Also, the hotel smells really very nice! I regret not having bought their perfume. All in all a wonderful stay! I want to return there!
