Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk from the T1 tram line stop from the airport or bus station. Location is just inside the old city where you can walk 5-15 minutes to many old town highlights. Room was clean, modern with hot shower and large TV. The breakfast was excellent. Bed was one of the most comfortable in our travels. Hospitality was extraordinary by the staff. We will stay here again!

Great place in the very center of the old town. It is a lovely hotel with a traditional feel. Very tasty breakfasts, prepared by the hostess herself. We had a small (more like a small room), but it was enough for two people for 3 days.

The stay at Casa Sur was exceptional. I booked a double room with a garden view but upon arrival, I received a room with a street view. My request was considered by the administrator very quickly and I was suggested a better room without additional payment as all of the other rooms were booked. Thank you so much for your attentiveness to your guests, this reaction definitely got my loyalty to this hotel! The room was extremely neat and tidy, awesome variety of lighting in the room, and the very nice detail - tangerine shampoos and shower gels - awesome smell. Big windows which gave lots of light to the room and the garden view. The overall hotel area is like a garden hidden in the center of the old town - a small oasis in the sounds of the city. English-speaking staff, very friendly and polite and looking forward to helping you their best. I haven't heard any of the neighbors throughout the whole stay. And btw the hotel restaurant suggests a delicious breakfast, I regret I haven't visited it before. So, the hotel's really great, with many nice details which give you a feeling that you're valued here as a guest and you're being heard here to enjoy your stay. 11/10

We were checked in by Arda. The road to hotel was blocked so we called and he answered and directed us promptly. He explained everything about the hotel and sent us all information about restaurants and sights. Very wam and welcoming. Hotel was located in the Old Town, but it has a small parking lot for our car. Wifi was also good.

A charming stay in a beautiful historic home We had such a lovely time here! The location is perfect — well-connected yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The property has a unique charm, with an ancient, historical house feel and vintage furniture that gives it so much character. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They made us feel right at home and went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian preferences. Breakfasts were a highlight — prepared with love, exactly to our requests, and the homemade Gözleme was absolutely delicious! We also really appreciated the sense of privacy and the cozy ambiance of the place. The small pool was a nice bonus for relaxing in the afternoons. If you're looking for a place that’s not just a stay but an experience filled with heart, history, and hospitality, this is it. Would definitely return!
