I am really pleased to stay at this hotel, my friend advised me this place and it was 100% the best choice for Istanbul. Hotel itself is very modern, fresh and comfy. Rooms are spacious enough and well-equipped with everyday cleaning. The heart of this hotel is definitely staff members, as they are treating people like very much welcomed guests! I felt so great there. Sedef was always very nice and helpful, asking about any issues with room, fast-solving, helping at breakfasts. Fatih is the best reception manager I ever met, he did his best to assist me with all my issues (I had a few of them, but they all were sorted and the best service provided), kindly helping me to explore the city and sharing some great places to visit, always smiling, so you almost feel like at home. Samet is also very obliging and pleasant manager, always open to any guests inquiries and very quick with execution. Onur did his best to help me to order some meals at the midnight while all the restaurants around closed their kitchens. Many cheers to the whole team members for their hospitality. Moreover that's so nice to receive small gifts from the hotel, very kind of you! So this place is very much recommended by me and next time I am Istanbul I know where to stay. Thank you!
