Amazing experience! We felt like we were living in luxury from the moment we arrived. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and treated us so well. There were plenty of freebies in the room to enjoy. The view was stunning. The onsen in the room was incredible. The beds were comfortable and room was perfect. The meals were incredible - breakfast was huge and so delicious with generous refills on some items.

The best thing about our room is the space and the in-room hotspring tub! All three of us could fit in the tub and it was so easy to move around the room and the ensuite bath because we had plenty of space.
