The hotel overall was amazing. Especially if your coming with a family. You get a nice, spacious dublex apartment. It was lovely had so much space and it was just as surprising. Very surprising since some hotel dont show up to expectations but fairview did. Service was lovely and quick. The food was the best food ever with the beat restaurant. Halal - certified, healthy, tasty, good 4 kids and its close to the marine transport to zanzibar so big ups to that. Near the train station if your planning to go to a safari like to mikumi national park. And a 20-30 min deive from / to the airport. This is one of the best hotel apartments ever in tz. Links to tanzania Train station - not more than a 15 minute walk, to go to places like mikumi or other places Plane - not more then a 25 minute ride from/to the airport. Boat - very close to the boat not more then a 3 minute walk.

The staff were really helpful. The location was perfect for sightseeing the historic part of Dar and for transfer to Zanzibar, there is ferry terminal nearby. Saved me a lot of time on trips from more touristy accommodations to places I wanted to see. That was everything I needed for that one night and more. Room and bathroom were spotless. No issues with hot water. Glad I chose this hotel.

It's not true what other people said about this place. It's an old building, but it's clean, the bed sheets were clean, and also the bathroom. The stuff is nice and helpful.

Every thing from Location, cleanses, breakfast, staff and all the services were to my expectations. I would choose this hotel again on my visit to Dar-es-Salaam and would recommend as well.
