Room was amazing, it was very health and fitness oriented, it had foam rollers, stretch bands, stretch mat, to help you keep up with your exercises withing your trip, never had a hotel with these amenities.

There was an issue with the room we were originally assigned. The lovely man at the counter apologised and was happy to give us a room upgrade. A lovely hotel in a great spot in Brooklyn.

This hotel was a real oasis in NYC; room was beautiful with a view on the Empire! Clean, great towels, great bathroom and even more great toiletries. The snack on the day of arrival, coffee and tea maker and fresh bottles of water every day was just what we needed and it made our staying there perfect. Not to mention the bed and the pillows - amazing! We slept divinley. Offcourse the location is also perfect. Thank you for such a good care of your guests dear Broadway Plaza Hotel!
