Fantastic hosts - respond quickly to messages and were excellent meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. Good space and spotlessly clean. Good neighbourhood about 20 mins drive from the centre of Chicago and on street parking was easy.

New hotel, clean, comfortable, everything was as it had to be! Nice personnel on reception, I asked for a room on upper floor and I had one. Calm, did not hear neighbours, very good breakfast too.

Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant.
