I was impressed by the accessibility and how responsive the staff was. I arrived late at night, and the access code I received wasn’t working due to a technical issue. After a long day of travel, it was a bit stressful, but I contacted the staff, and they responded immediately. My 7 y/o son and I stayed for 8 nights. It was such a perfect experience. Beautiful, exceptionally clean and centrally located. Every employee made sure we were taken care off. The room was very spacious given it’s in the middle of the city - and the view was amazing. Their free breakfast was also over the top. I was impressed how every employee took their job so seriously. We felt special! And every day they cleaned our rooms, even when we didn't ask.
