It is a resort hotel- it’s huge, right on the beach, and with pools so you have a choice (depending upon weather/wind/currents). Everything is clean and everyone is smiling. Restaurants on site are versatile, there is a coffee shop and a gym, we had good, long weekend.

You cannot beat the location right on the beach. Lovely and clean and comfortable beds, the view was amazing. Numerous places to eat on your doorstep. There is a bar right next door with music but it did not bother us. Tables/beds & chairs outside every room for you to use. You can hire a chair for the beach at 10 dollars per day. If you hire a bed off the beach (nothing to do with the apartment, independent company) you are paying 20 dollars per day.

It’s a surprisingly beautiful property with its own small strip mall of restaurants and clothing stores. I was very surprised at the quality of the newly built hotel. The rooms were large and very clean!

This apartment has everything anyone on vacation would need.Very clean,has all kitchen bathroom supplies needed for the staycation and the view is amazing.You wake up to the sound of the ocean.In addition you have access to the hotel gym,the three pools,the Sunny Isles Beach and the owner is very responsive and on call if you need anything or if you have an inquiry. The apartment is so well kept and is another hotel itself.In addition its surrounded with so many restaurants and waiting places ,the mini shops / Delhi,CVS and all these are within 3-5 minutes walking distance.Its worth the price.Thank you and if I ever visit Miami I will definitely choose this apartment.

I liked how the check in was easily convenient and how the host was responsive the entire time being he was only a text or call away and answered immediately and actually showed me where things were instead of just explaining which is something I haven’t seen ever done. I loved how everything inside was clean and comfortable I walked in he had music playing to set the mood and it smelled really good.

This pace is a gem! The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. Beautiful views to the beach and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a pool and access to the beach made it easy living for a family of 5.
