I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Shanda was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out easy. I especially appreciated the jacuzzi, and the backyard! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

From what I could tell, we got our room half price. Otherwise, it would have been a little pricey for us. It is a new place. And it looks fantastic. It is in an old neighborhood. There was a lot of trash on the streets in that area.

New building, great and spacious rooms, the top is the terrace on the building with a panoramic view of the city and also the Balcony from the apart, very clean and the owner was very helpfully and kind. The building has a parking garage on 5/6 floors.

The recently renovated ViewPoint Suites features accommodations with outdoor swimming pool and fitness center in the heart of Los Angeles.

We were a little apprehensive about the neighbourhood after reading some of the reviews, but we ran into zero issues! Just practise caution + common sense since this is downtown LA. Apartment was spacious and comfy, we had covered garage parking in the same building accessible by lift, and overall had a super comfortable and enjoyable stay! Mike who checked us in was also super helpful and friendly. Apartment was actually at 1360 S Figueroa St Suites.
