Location and entire staff were great! Loved the entire woodsy property and mid century modern decor and vibe. Enjoyed the free trolley to Univ. Studios and great amenities. Front Yard restaurant and onsite bar was super yummy and the room was super clean, comfortable and cozy.

We like Gwen from the front desk who took care of us and help calm us down during LA's worst wildfire emergency. View from the room was fantastic. Their breakfast buffet was superb and very much worth it.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, especially the reception team. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The location is excellent, just about 5 minutes by car from Universal Studios. Parking was convenient with very good rates. We also really appreciated the 24-hour coffee, water, juice, and the candies for the kids.
