It is a very nice hotel on a quiet residential street but very close to the night life and other nice neighbourhoods in LA. The hotel has a nice feel to it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall very nice stay without a single problem.

Beautiful property and very clean. Hosts were lovely and gave us lots of space and privacy but were on hand to help whenever needed. Flat is beautifully decorated room was very clean and bathroom was nice. Provided coffee and pods in room as well as a big fridge, kettle and toaster. We were also able to use their kitchen which was very helpful so very nice stay! Would come back!

This house is just perfect for a short stay in a very central location of LA. Walkable to cafes restaurants and grocery stores, and a safe area for walking or driving. Free parking further down the street. It’s very spacious and quiet and everything you need, with a large comfortable king size bed. The landlord has been very helpful and we had a lovely time here.

I've not been here for years and I was hoping the refurb hadn't taken anything away from the atmosphere. But it was all I'd hoped and more. Lovely restaurant and food, in a great location with a nice view. Room was very spacious at a good price. When I come back to LA I'm definitely booking here again
