Location is fantastic. Very close to Tulane, walk to Superior Seafood, steps to amazing coffee and other delights at Mojo, phenomenal green mole tacos and good vibes at Val’s, and everything you could ever need at upscale Rousse’s market. we didn’t try the kolache place but it was clearly popular and also right there. very quiet at night (I was pleasantly surprised) as all the businesses were closed by midnight or earlier. also backyard was as pictured, very comfortable and nice.

We stayed at Simplicity, it was such a nice stay. The home was decorated so pretty. The amenities were just what’s needed. It’s in close proximity to the stadium. We will definitely stay again when in New Orleans. The staff immediately responded to any questions. We were well pleased.

They have luggage storage if you arrived a bit early and want to roam around the city before checking in. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of water dispenser around. The staff were very friendly, too.

This hotel is perfectly located in 5-10 minutes walk to all New Orleans attractions and historical quarters. Staff is professional, friendly, efficient. Rooms are spacious, extra clean, well working facilities, quiet yet effective AC (actually, the best working AC throughout our 1-month travel in the USA), great beds. Plus parking, free breakfast (minimal but good quality), communal washers and dryers... And you can enjoy an outside pool and a jacuzzi! For its location and price its the BEST accomodation you can get!
