The hotel staff were amazing, So helpful, and check in was a breeze. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all of Manhatten, with great breakfast options around the corner. The rooms are basic but very comfortable, which is all you need as you will be out exploring most of the day. It has a great rooftop bar with food options too. Overall a fantastic place to stay and explore NY.

The staff was so kind and was always smiling and laughing. Such gleeful people. Even at 2am. The service was very quick and everything was a very easy process. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom as well. It was only two of us so there really wasn't any issue with how small the room was. It was definitely bigger than a hotel room in Japan is all I'll say.
