Very clean, great location, bed was comfortable, hotel was designed beautifully, staff was accommodating, had a great surprise for the birthday boy to enjoy in room waiting (thank you so much), open communication with staff and all requests was fulfilled.

Great location on the UWS. Just a few blocks from the subway. Near many restaurants and shops. The room itself was spacious, super clean with daily room service upon request. The coffee machine in the room was a huge plus!
