For start, the location is is top tier, you get city views and they are wonderful, especially if you're higher up. The rooms is very spacious, and for New York to get a shower and a tub - amazing. We liked the most the location - in the very city center. We also appreciated the free of charge tea and coffee with a terrace with amazing view from the 27th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also possible to do laundry with a free of charge washing powder.
