I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM after a 15-hour flight from Dubai, and was pleased to find my room ready for early check-in. The staff were excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nearly equivalent to a 5-star experience. The only downside was the view, which was not particularly impressive. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Ideally located in the center of New York, Pestana Park Avenue has air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace.

The hotel staff who checked us in was amazing. He had great energy and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed having 2 queen beds. Also, it was nice and quiet on our floor. Great location for transit and walking to shops. Close enough to walk to Grand Central and Penn Station was a major plus.

The location was unbeatable. Only a few blocks away from Grand Central station and Bryan Park. The staff was really nice they took good care of our luggage.

The hotel is elegantly designed with a refined, quiet atmosphere that offers a calm retreat from the hustle of Midtown Manhattan. The location is also excellent—close to Grand Central Station, yet tucked away on a quieter street, making it convenient but peaceful. I found this hotel to be super modern, clean, with large sized rooms for New York! It was in a good location within walking distance to Times Square, grand central was nearby with links to the subway. Overall incredibly pleased!
