Ideally located in New York, Pestana Park Avenue has air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Honestly I had little expectations about my first time in NY! After reading so many reviews about hotels in Manhattan it was a very difficult choice to make. All hotels are old , or have bed bugs, or smell like weed or tobacco, or you have to wait hours to check-in, but pestana park avenue is none of that. The hotel is not so big, is in the heart of Manhattan, excellent location on 39th Street near Madison avenue. The rooms are small but look great ! The bed is very comfortable with a very thick mattress. The bathroom looks good, you have a huge tv , a big window. The reception was very happy to help me anytime, and I was treated very well. The housekeeping does a daily excellent job to keep the room tidy and clean. One the best hotels I've ever been to, stayed 8 nights and it almost felt like a second home.

Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Grand Central Station, nice neighborhood, the room is clean (they clean the room and change the towels and bad sheets every day), it is quiet and comfortable, staff is great

Nice hotel, close to a metro station and at a walking distance from different points of interest. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was really helpful and polite. Located within 2 minutes’ walk of Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, this boutique Midtown hotel offers Wi-Fi, and a library. Really good location, close to Grand Central Station . Loved the book/library theme, felt cosy. Great to have the "library" with drinks and snacks, good to hang out waiting fir the teenagers. Staff really helpful with breakfast recommendations and organising taxi to airport.
