The staff is excellent. I’m in a wheelchair, and often need little fixes in a room. The staff are incredible. Prompt, eager, and sincerely kind. It doesn’t feel fake either. It actually feels sincere. The room is excellent for the disabled. Plenty of space. Roll under sink. Perfect shower set up: the shower head goes up and down and becomes a hand held, the bars are sturdy, and the hotel has a shower bench that was brought up for me. So many details to make us wheelchair users comfortable. beyond happy.

A perfect place for visiting Philadelphia. The bus station from NYC is an easy 15-minute walk. The rooms are pleasant and clean. The staff is very friendly.The breakfast is awesome.We, a grandma and a grandchild, loved the place and enjoyed the comfortable stay. We'll definitely come again.

We loved every moment of our stay. Modern but still holds all the old world charm of the original building. Great location, very close to the terminal market and all necessities within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

Location is good, apartment cleanliness is good except of the bed and sheets that had food smell and had to buy Lysol disinfectant spray to eliminate odors on the bed at midnight hrs. Bed had some dark dots as well. Noisy early mornings from a nearby warehouse kept me awake from early mornings. HVAC system always cold even if adjusted to heat. Had to pay $250.00 as a security deposit as well,
