The facilities and interior of the hotel was opulent and well worth the cost of the booking. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The Gibson lounge in particular was quiet, had a great atmosphere and had a fantastic cocktail menu.

The room was gorgeous. The location was just 17 minute walk to the conference center and 5 minute walk to the train line. The amenities were terrific. Especially the gym was amazing, in the penthouse.

The location was within walking distance from the convention center and downtown SLC. The facility itself was safe and secure with on-site security. The room was very clean and accommodating. It looks exactly like the pictures posted on this site. Access to the amenities such as the gym and rooftop lounge with 360 view of the city was a nice addition for my stay. The entrance and lobby areas had a nice, tree pine scent, which I liked as well. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and fantastic value for money - a real luxury 5* hotel but with great prices. Big outdoor and indoor pools. Really good restaurants where we ended up eating most of our meals in. We loved the outdoor patio. Also a really good gift store inside. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious too.
