Great hotel at near Fisherman's Wharf area. Staff was really kind, rooms were big and spacious. Neighborhood felt safe and near the tourist attractions. We did not need to pay for the internet in the room.

The front receptionist was amazing. Bainny sent above and beyond to help me. She even maintained her professional demeanor while dealing with two difficult customers. Even in the morning, the person who helped me was amazing. I will be staying here every time we come. I look forward to going to the Holiday Inn Express in other cities because the customer service was beyond my expectations.
