Hotel is beautiful. Everything felt easy (and often times in SF things are not easy.) Staff were setting up the giant life-sized gingerbread house in the lobby and it smelled wonderful. Nob Hill felt safe and we were treated to a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed our adjoining rooms (7 women staying together for a concert) and we had a great dinner and drinks at the Tonga Room downstairs. I would love to stay here again while in the City.

I liked how nice and helpful the staff was. We had our remote missing when we checked in. So they upgraded us to a better room.
