The staff was extraordinary, they helped us efficiently in many ways. We checked in twice within 10 days. Our first room was a suite with a gorgeous balcony. The second room was so specious too. We enjoyed our tea times at the lobby cafe each night. The location was great for us too..

It was in the perfect location for seeing San Francisco. Especially great was having a cable car right outside our door. We had everything we needed including great Kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and really clean bathroom. Staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions.
