The private room was amazing and being able to cook your own food and leave your luggage at checkout for a few hours is really useful! This place was amazing just for that. Honestly the best place for the price, and some of the most friendly staff we've encountered in all our trips.

The hotel has a great location! When you take the bart, it's like a minute's walk(so there's no problem with the luggage), as well as the cable car. I will recommend staying at this hotel! It's very well located, and for the price, it's excellent! It has everything that you need; it also includes a mini fridge if you need to put water in it. Some things that are around the area: CVS, Walgreens, Target, a lot of food options, the big bus stop (tour) and many more! Also, if you do your check-in and check-out with them, you can leave your bags with them all day!

I was in contact with two ladies at the reception and both were really nice and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I was delighted by the complementary offerings, including a bottled water in the room, a glass of wine in the late afternoon, and coffee at the restaurant in the morning. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I also liked the note on the bed with a QR code leading to a selection of books to read. The hotel has a great location, just a few minutes walk from Union Square, added to the overall excellent experience.

The hotel was excellent the staff were so helpful friendly nothing was a problem both on the desk and working in the hotel. The complementary tea coffee and biscuits was a lovely touch checked in early although I had 2 bookings one for night 1 and second one for a week they gave us same room for both. Needed kettle milk scissors nothing was a problem location wad awesome close to union Square cable car and short walk to bus to presidio. Some trips started from there too went to playhouse as well great show did not have to leave hotel a wonderful hotel right in centre

The staff are very accommodating. They always follow up if you need anything on your stay. If you requested something they immediately cater your need. I’ve been traveling a lot but this is the first time I encountered such an incredible and exceptional service. Mr Collin, the front office manager and the rest of the staff are the best!
